Hissy Fit is a feel good story that makes you laugh along the way. There are even a couple of students that you grow to love! Rayleigh and Ezra are great teachers and I loved seeing them interact at school. It’s clear there are issues from Raleigh’s past she’s still dealing with and I loved how it was dealt with in Hissy Fit. I loved how much he cared for his family and how he treated Raleigh once this story started going. I had my doubts about him in the beginning, but he turned around. How could he not remember Raleigh after going to school together for years. She’s nowhere near perfect, has flaws, but it such an amazing person.Įzra seemed like the typical jock in the beginning. I love how real she felt compared to other female characters we read in books. She’s down to earth, loves to read and is rather shy. Her knocking down wrapping paper in Target and taking down people with her is so something that could happen to me. I am so accident prone and reading about all of her little accidents sounded so familiar! I’ve been there so many times. I couldn’t put me down and the first chapter had me laughing out loud! That being said though, I loved this book. One of the main characters is a coach, so it was different than many of the books I have read. I thought I would be getting a sportsromance, but this was nothing like the ones that I’ve read.
